Creole chicken and rice 4 boneless skinless chicken breast onion and bell pepper sliced thin can of tomatoes chicken broth cayene pepper Sautee onion and pepper in skillet untill browned (I used parkey fat free butter spray to sautee)add tomatoes, chicken broth and cayene pepper put chicken on top and bring back to a boil cover reduce heat until chicken is done...add broth if it gets to thick we had brown rice with it. I put the tomatoes on top of the rice and this too was yummy!
no no no. When they would ask where we were going, we would say to "the kid beating buffet." Matt is still terrified of going near China1. he thinks that it is the feared buffet. it is a wonder that my kids are as normal as they are.

Who am I? Honestly, some days I wake up wondering that myself.
I am happily married to my best friend. We have been married for eleven years and have two wonderful kids. Our daughter is eight and our son is five. They keep me busy. I'm active in our church and with the kids sports leagues.
So, I guess for now I'm a wife and mom. It may not be glamerous... but, I like it.
